Our Products & Assortment

This is because you have chosen more quantities of the desired product than we currently have in stock. Try removing one or more items of the product in question and update the shopping cart / checkout. If you want help with what we have available in stock, please contact our customer service for quickest support help.

Sometimes some products / sizes / color choices are sold out before we have received a new delivery with products. Large parts of our assortment are based on handmade items, and there is a lot of planning behind when it comes to manufacturing, packing and product shipments. There are many steps in the lead from a warehouse order to a completed container transport and therefore some products may be out of stock at the moment. If you are interested in a specific products that is not in stock, we will be happy to assist you. Please don´t hesitate to contact our customer service for quickest management regarding your wishes and we will try to help you in the best possible way.

Yes we do. All product images are taken by ourselves in our studio environment and we have tried to reproduce all the exciting and exotic colors as natural as possible. Colors may differ on different types of screens and settings, and we have worked extensively to preserve our product images in the best possible way when it comes to a natural viewing and experience of the pictures.


We are using DHL ServicePoint and PostNord Varubrev for shipments inside Sweden. It depends on how big the package is when we arrange the transport in our warehouse. Smaller shipments sends via PostNord Varubrev and bigger shipments sends via DHL ServicePoint. Both options are delivered to the closest delivery agents based on your specified delivery address that you typed in on your order.

We usually ship the purchased orders latest the day after an order has been completed in our online store. When making payments through Swish and BankGiro, we ensure that the payment has been received by us before the order is shipped from us. We reserve the right to deliver completed orders up to 5 days after order date if we have a lot to do, but the goal is always as quickly as possible to meet you as a customer in the best possible way.

As soon as we have completed the packing of your paid order, a transport will be booked. In the same way as this is done, a delivery confirmation will also be sent to the specified email address that was entered in the order. This delivery confirmation shows the current shipping number and associated link where you can easily search for updated shipping information and follow the actual packages.

As soon as your order is made, we will send an order confirmation to your e-mail address with information about ordered products. This message always includes an order confirmation in PDF format. We always attach a delivery note together with ordered products.

According to the Distance Act for e-commerce, you as a final consumer (private person) have the right of withdrawal up to 14 days after receiving the product / products. If you wish to return the product / products, please contact our customer service. You are responsible for transport / return costs and the purchase price is paid via traditional bank transfer when the return shipment has returned to our warehouse.

  • Pick-up at our warehouse in Vänersborg (payment via Swish on place)

Payments from customers outside Sweden: Paypal is our primary payment solution for customers outside Sweden.

There is a possibility to divide the payment through the invoice option offered by Payson. Select Payson All In One as payment option at checkout when you complete the order and follow the instructions. An invoice fee of 29: - will be added to this selection.

The security of e-commerce and payments over the internet is an important part for us and our entire online store is encrypted via HTTPS with approved SSL certificate. This means that all information and Internet traffic sent through your computer and our web server is encrypted and not readable by any third party. We always offer secure payment options through the leading companies in the market for card and bank transactions and online payments. Both Payson and PayPal use encrypted connection and security feature 3D-Secure upon payment.

BankGiro payment is traditional and secure, performed by your own Internet bank. On the order confirmation that you receive to your specified email address, our BankGiro number and other instructions on how to deposit to our BankGiro account are displayed.
