1. Prices and costs
Each product is provided with the price including VAT. In the chopping cart and the check out area you can see the total price including all fees tax, shipping and total price. Information about the abroad payment options we offer can be found here - Payment Information.
2. Return Policy
Your withdrawal withdrawal period is valid for 14 days according to the law of e-commerce inside EU area. Regarding countries outside EU like Norway we have currently the same restrictions. In your notice to us must be clear that you decide you want to return your previous purchases. The withdrawal period begins to run from the day You, the customer received the product / goods that have been delivered by us. At the return you are required to re-deliver the goods in the same conditions as when it was delivered. Items must be returned to us in its original packaging. The items must be well packaged when the goods are sent to you. If the goods products getting damaged during the transport back to us due to inadequate protection of packing we will consider a possible cancellation of the repayment. Items that be returned to us must be delivered to our warehouse before the repayment of the total sum begins. Note that only the product costs is paid back and no additional shipping charges or costs. The customer is responsible for return costs back to us.
When you place your order in our order system you state your personal data including delivery and billing address. In connection with your order, you agree that we store your information in our business to fulfill the contract against you as a customer. You have under the Privacy Act the right to obtain the information we have stored about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that information be corrected or deleted. If so, contact our customer service.
All abroad orders and shipments outside Sweden are transported with UPS. We are working on a shipping module that clearifies the shipping and transport options for you like customer outside Sweden in the shopping cart. 5. Unclaimed packages
Customers who have not collected the goods / products that is delivered is going to be returned back to us.
Shipping returns are at your own expense of the customer, unless the product is defective or if we have packed wrong items. If damage on the products occurred during shipment from us to you as a customer, you need to declare the damage to the transport company. For your advantage, we recommend to take photographs on the damaged goods. Contact us immediately if the goods are damaged.
7. Repayment Obligation
We will, if you use your right, pay back what you paid for the item (not any shipping cost) as soon as possible or within 30 days from the date we receive the items. The customer is responsible for return costs when sending back the items.
